How we work
A clear, structured process — from your first question to your full settlement in Bulgaria.
A calm process for unfamiliar systems
Designed to remove uncertainty before it becomes stress.
Moving to a new country involves dozens of decisions, deadlines, and institutions you've never dealt with before. Our process turns that into a clear sequence of steps.
Here's exactly how it works.
Start with a 60-minute conversation
We begin with a structured consultation — either online or in-person at our Blagoevgrad office. This is not a sales call. It's a working session where we map your situation, your goals, and the realistic path forward.
You'll tell us about your nationality, the reason for your move, your timeline, and your priorities. We'll ask the right questions, raise issues you might not have considered, and identify the right legal and practical framework for your case.
Personalized roadmap, written down
After the consultation, you receive a written summary of your specific path forward — not generic advice, but a plan built around your case.
The plan includes the documents you'll need, the order in which we'll obtain them, realistic timelines, fees from government institutions, and an outline of which of our services apply to your situation. You'll see exactly what we'll handle, what you need to provide, and where third parties (your home country's authorities, embassies, employers) fit in.
This is the document you can take to your family, your accountant, or your employer to discuss next steps with confidence.
You stop worrying about logistics
Once the plan is approved, we take over the execution. Document preparation, translations, appointment booking, communication with the Migration Office, follow-ups with institutions, escalations when things stall — all of it.
You receive regular updates so you always know where things stand, but you don't have to chase anyone or learn the system. When in-person presence is required (Migration Office visits, signing contracts, opening bank accounts), we accompany you — with translation support if needed.
If something unexpected happens — and in immigration work, things do — we adjust the plan and tell you what's changed. No surprises buried in fine print.
Day-to-day life, sorted
By the time the legal and administrative work is complete, you have a residence card, a registered address, a bank account, a health insurance arrangement, and — if relevant — a registered business or freelancer status.
But settling doesn't end with paperwork. We can continue supporting you with accommodation, healthcare access, schooling for children, and ongoing administrative needs. Many of our clients stay in touch for years — we become the people you call when something Bulgaria-related comes up.
You're no longer navigating alone. You have a local team that knows your case.
Three principles guide our process
Clarity before commitment
We don't sell services you don't need. The consultation comes first because clarity comes first. You'll know what to expect — and what it costs — before any decision is made.
Single point of contact
You don't get passed between departments. Throughout your process, you work with the same team — people who know your case, your history, and your goals.
Realistic timelines
We tell you how long things actually take. Bulgarian bureaucracy has its own rhythm — we know it, and we'll be honest with you about it. No over-promises, no under-delivery.
